Sonia Kiani is an award-winning, Internationally published Celebrity makeup artist licensed cosmetologist who has spent over 15 years in the beauty industry “making the world a better place, one eyeliner at a time." Born in Tehran, Iran, Kiani migrated to the U.S. in 1997 and now resides in the greater Los Angeles area.

 

Along with show partner Sandy Poirier, Kiani’s bold sense of confidence and a noticeable passion for her craft earned her the distinction of winning Lifetime Channel’s American Beauty Star, hosted by supermodel Adriana Lima and Celebrity Artist Sir John. 

 

On a mission to educate and inspire, Kiani aims to empower, strengthen, and encourage all women to be their best selves: “Being an artist is more than just picking up that makeup brush - it’s about the way you make someone feel by matching their inner and outer beauty with confidence. The first look on a client’s face when they see themself in a beautiful new light is the whole reason I do what I do.”
